SCplot

The SC11, SC15 and SC20 Monitor programs allow results to be exported or data logged into text files that are suitable for reading into a spreadsheet. Spicer Consulting provides an Excel spreadsheet with macros that can quickly read and display these results. This works well and has the advantage that advanced Excel users can modify the spreadsheet to their own requirements. However, there are some data size limitations with this approach. Also, some users who are not Excel experts require a simple, built-in way to view results. Hence the need for SCplot.

Features of SCplot include:

• Reads export and data logging files from SC11 Oscilloscope, Chart Recorder and Spectrum Analyser; SC15 Spectrum Analyser; SC20 Monitor.
   
• Displays a preview of each file, allowing you to select signals and data logging pages.
   
• Customisable defaults control the initial appearance of the plot, including automatic selection of bar charts for third octave results.
   
• Allows you to edit titles, axes, signal formatting, cursors and markers with a WYSIWYG display of the final plot.
   
• Easy to change the units in which the results are displayed.
   
• A second Y-axis appears automatically when results in two different units are displayed on the same plot.
   
• Prints, saves or copies the plot to the clipboard as a bitmap image for insertion into a report.
