Denis Spicer (dfs@spicerconsulting.com), Managing Director, was responsible for developing Texas Instruments internal electron beam lithography machines and electron beam probing systems, prior to establishing Spicer Consulting. A former TI Fellow, he is an internationally recognised expert in the field of EBL system design.

Chris Black (ctb@spicerconsulting.com) has extensive experience in project management, design, development, manufacture and test of silicon chips. Also previously at Texas Instruments, he developed and ran the direct write electron beam lithography operation for prototyping ASIC circuits.

John Sackett (jns@spicerconsulting.com) gained his PhD in High Voltage Electron Beam Lithography at Cambridge University. Working with Denis Spicer at Texas Instruments on the design and prototyping of electron beam systems, he has also considerable experience in computer modelling and design automation software and is responsible for the development of the software behind Spicer Consulting's site analysis systems.
